Terms of use

Last updated October 18, 2026.

These terms apply to coparentdiary.com, provided by Phi Truong Nguyen. By using the site you agree to them.

Not legal advice

The site, the custody log, the parenting plan worksheet and the guides provide general information and record-keeping tools. They are not legal advice and do not create an attorney-client relationship. We make no promise about how any court, mediator, evaluator or agency will treat your records or plans. For advice about your situation, consult a licensed attorney in your state.

Your entries

You are responsible for what you write and for keeping your own copies. Entries are stored only in your browser; we do not back them up and cannot restore them. Write truthfully: a log is only as reliable as its entries.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to harass anyone, to break the law, or to interfere with the service (for example by automated signups).

Third-party information

Comparisons with other products are based on their public websites on the date shown and may be out of date. Product names belong to their owners; we are not affiliated with them.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data stored in your browser.

Waitlist and future purchases

Joining the waitlist or noting interest in a founding price is not a purchase and creates no obligation for you or for us. Any future app purchase will have its own terms and price, shown before you pay.
